About the Event
The 70th Anniversary Event is on Saturday and we need members to help up with the set up of the site
Can you spare a couple of hours on Wednesday 29th July to help set up the Event Area, tidy the club house and surrounding area etc.
I have set this Work Party to start at 4pm but if you can be on site earlier then please liaise with each other to ensure we have sufficient teams for specific jobs
