Your Committee members have decided to significantly subsidize this event, reducing ticket prices to £10 and £5.

Join us as we celebrate 70 years of Welland Gliding Club with a special evening for members past and present.

Date: Saturday 1st August 2026

Time: From 7:00pm

We’ll be hosting a delicious hog roast accompanied by a selection of salads and desserts—perfect for a relaxed summer evening with friends old and new.

Ticket Prices:

• Adults: £10

• Club Juniors (or child 18 and under): £5

  Please be aware: If you have already bought your ticket at the higher prices, we will contact you to arrange a refund.

Tickets must still be purchased in advance before 12th July

2. Complete the payment by Sunday, 12th July 2026 (Details provided below)

3. Your ticket will be sent to you via email

4. Show your ticket on the event night

Booking deadline: Ticket payments must be received by the end of Sunday 12th July 2026

Liquid refreshments will be available on the night using our usual token system or via cash purchase.

This is a wonderful opportunity to reconnect, share memories, and celebrate the club’s history together. We warmly welcome all current and former members to be part of this milestone event.

We would be very grateful for the donation of raffle prizes and any photographs for a memory board before the event. Digitally: scans of photographs can be emailed to info@wellandglidingclub.com OR bring them to the airfield beforehand and we will organise to scan them in and return them
